About the Role

As a Founding Engineer, you will be the first hire, shaping the product and tech stack from the ground up. You'll build full-stack features, handle customer integrations, and work closely with founders to bring AI-driven capabilities to market. This role involves rapid prototyping, high-impact decisions, and defining engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features using Typescript frontend and Python backend
• Handle customer data and ERP integrations
• Work closely with founders and customers to translate needs into technical solutions
• Ship features from idea to production, including UI, business logic, and cloud services
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy features rapidly at startup speed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• High agency and ability to ship full-stack apps quickly without compromising code quality
• Comfortable being client-facing and working closely with customers
• Loves startups and is willing to work very hard beyond traditional 9-5 hours
• Experience with Python (Django), Typescript, Postgres, and latest LLMs
