About the Role

Founding Engineer role at Snazzy, a dental-tech startup disrupting teeth straightening. You'll be one of two engineers working directly with founders to architect and scale the product from the ground up. Requires full-stack skills in Golang and ReactJS with 1-5 years experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and ship end-to-end features across backend (Golang, PostgreSQL, GCP) and frontend (ReactJS)
• Own critical systems: from designing data models to optimizing user experience
• Take full responsibility for performance, security, and scalability of applications
• Collaborate closely with founders to turn product vision into working software
• Wear multiple hats — from DevOps to debugging — until the team scales

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 1–5 years of professional full stack engineering experience
• Strong skills in ReactJS, Golang, PostgreSQL, and GCP (core stack)
• Thrives in high-ownership, low-structure environments
• Bias toward action: prefers building and iterating quickly over endless discussion
• Builder's mindset — cares about product impact, not just clean code
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently with minimal handholding

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices
• Prior exposure to early-stage startups or building 0 → 1 products
