About the Role

Full Stack Engineer role focusing on data pipelines and reporting for a fitness tech company. You'll build and maintain full-stack applications, develop ETL pipelines, and implement analytics tools to support business growth. This is a 6-month contract position for a remote, asynchronous team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications supporting analytics and reporting workflows
• Develop ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse
• Implement and manage analytics tools for event tracking, cohort analysis, and growth experiments
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize performance and reliability of data infrastructure, APIs, and integrations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Strong proficiency across tech stack: NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
• Solid experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Hands-on experience with analytics and event-tracking tools like Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude
• Proven ability to self-manage and work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous environment
