About the Role

The Gen AI Solutions Architect role involves building technical relationships with customers to drive adoption of AWS Gen AI services. Responsibilities include designing solutions, thought leadership, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success on the AWS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain technical trusted advisor relationships with technical decision makers
• Architect solutions leveraging AWS Gen AI services to meet customer business needs
• Develop thought leadership content and present at events like AWS Summits
• Collaborate with business development and account management teams for customer success
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, engineering, and support teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executives
• Deep experience in design/implementation/consulting of Machine Learning/AI/Deep Learning/Gen AI solutions
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including deep learning and machine learning concepts
• Solid grounding in statistics, probability theory, data modelling, and machine learning algorithms

Nice to Have:

• History of successful technical consulting/architecture engagements with large-scale enterprises
• Presentation skills and comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers
• AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise
