About the Role

Lead AWS's GenAI and AI/ML business strategy in France, building and managing a specialist team to drive customer adoption and revenue growth. Engage with C-suite executives and partners to develop compelling business cases and identify new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AWS AI/ML business strategy across France
• Build and manage a team of AI/ML specialists across key market segments
• Drive customer adoption through sales strategies
• Engage with C-suite executives, data scientists, and technical leaders
• Develop compelling ROI and business cases for AWS GenAI solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, pre-sales, or business development in software/cloud/SaaS
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience working with Data Scientists and ML professionals
• 2+ years of AI sales or business development experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Q for Business)
• Leadership experience in consulting or large enterprise organizations
• Track record of building and scaling business operations
