About the Role

The GTM Acceleration Lead for Applied AI Solutions drives strategic initiatives to accelerate go-to-market strategy and growth for AWS's AI business applications. This senior role involves designing engagement models, leading business reviews, developing measurement frameworks, and fostering cross-organizational alignment to achieve unified execution of AI solutions strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured geo engagement models and interlock cadences with Field VPs and regional leaders
• Lead regular geo-specific business reviews and strategy sessions, tracking progress against key metrics
• Develop and maintain comprehensive measurement frameworks to evaluate geo-specific initiatives
• Drive execution of geo-specific GTM plans and 'Get to Green' initiatives across regions
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with field leadership teams as primary liaison

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at organizational level
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

Nice to Have:

• MBA
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
• Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance
