About the Role

The GTM Specialist Solutions Architect role focuses on helping customers develop data-driven initiatives and solve complex data challenges using AWS technologies. This position involves providing advanced technical expertise, collaborating with teams, and acting as a thought leader in data and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer and bring feedback to product teams
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to unblock customers' critical business challenges
• Collaborate with GTM colleagues on strategy and support field marketing activities
• Act as a thought leader through blogs, whitepapers, and public-speaking events
• Guide and support AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience in analytics area, especially data warehouse and data lake technologies
• Familiarity with data analysis services and products (Redshift, EMR, Spark, Kafka, etc.)
• Experience with Data and AI projects and tool usage

Nice to Have:

• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
• Experience with AI/ML projects
• Experience in customer-facing roles
