About the Role

Head of Growth role leading GTM for an AI workflow automation platform targeting finance professionals. Responsible for the entire customer sales cycle from marketing to product decisions, with a focus on PE firms, consulting firms, and banks. Requires in-person work in NYC with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell to senior leaders at PE funds/banks and drive adoption
• Build pipeline with junior investment professionals across funds
• QA product and work with engineering to fix bugs
• Shape product roadmap through forward deployed situations
• Create customer presentations and sales materials

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3-6 years of experience in banking / PE / consulting
• A self-starter who thrives in open-ended environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with everyone from CTOs to analysts
• Genuine interest in how AI is transforming finance

Nice to Have:

• Strong existing network in finance / consulting
• Previous startup experience (early stage / founder)
