About the Role

Strac is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy and demand generation for their data security platform. This senior role focuses on driving revenue growth through SEO, events, and targeted outreach to security leaders. The ideal candidate has experience scaling SaaS companies from $1M to $10M ARR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies
  • Optimize SEO and content marketing to improve organic search rankings
  • Plan and manage events and networking initiatives
  • Create and manage social media campaigns and email outreach programs
  • Establish Strac as a trusted leader in data security and DLP

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Proven experience in Head of Marketing or similar role
  • Background in Data Security, DLP, or SaaS targeting CISOs/security leaders
  • Demonstrated demand generation experience selling to CISOs/security leaders
  • Proven ability to scale revenue from $1M to $10M ARR through marketing

Nice to Have:

  • Expertise in SEO and content marketing
  • Experience planning and executing events and networking initiatives
