About the Role

The Inbound Placement Manager will solve complex supply chain problems in the AMET region by analyzing data, creating roadmaps, and improving customer experience and inventory management. This senior role involves interfacing with Operations, Transportation, and Amazon Store teams while aligning projects with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create roadmaps for project implementation and brief various teams on requirements
• Set measurable milestones for projects and continuous goal setting for ongoing programmes
• Collect and analyse data to drive project decisions and provide business insights
• Run meetings with partner teams to track progress and implement initiatives
• Manage internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with experience with various machine learning techniques and parameters that affect their performance
• Strong analysis skills and data detective capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with data to analyze root causes and implement long-term solutions

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience with coding to improve efficiency
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
