About the Role

The Key Account Manager will manage large brand relationships at REVER, working at the intersection of sales and tech teams to support eCommerce clients and contribute to product development. This role focuses on driving operational excellence and helping brands achieve their goals through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage brand relationships and support them in their experience with REVER
  • Work as the intersection between the sales and tech team
  • Use first-hand experience of day-to-day operations to contribute to product development
  • Engage in strategic discussions to drive operational excellence
  • Bring analytical insights on how to help brands achieve their goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Interest in fashion, tech and innovation with a passion for helping eCommerces grow
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Fast learner who can fail fast and learn faster

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the eCommerce, Fashion or Retail industry
  • Experience in Account Management
