About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop research-grade code for deployment in research prototypes
  • Work across organizational boundaries to solve complex problems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • PhD in AI, machine learning, computer science, robotics, computer vision, computational neuroscience, signal processing, or related fields
  • Research-oriented software engineering skills with fluency in scientific computing and ML libraries (e.g., SciPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Proficiency with quantitative methods (mathematics, statistics) and ability to learn new technical skills rapidly

Nice to Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in designing, executing, interpreting, and presenting ML research
  • Experience bringing machine learning-based products from research to production
  • Significant experience in analysis and modeling of high dimensional time series (e.g., neural signals, audio, sensor data)
