About the Role

Lead a global data science team to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee implementation. Generate denormalized and aggregated data sets for company-wide use, and measure the quality and usage of retail consumer-facing and LLM-based products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global science team and gather business requirements for reporting and analysis
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and supervise team implementation
• Hire and develop data science talent
• Generate new denormalized and aggregate data sets for hundreds of users across the company
• Measure and report the quality and usage of retail consumer facing and LLM-based products

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field and two years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience
• Two years of experience programming in Java, C++, C#, C, Python, or equivalent language
• Two years of experience translating business reporting requirements into technical requirements for denormalized/aggregate data sets and self-service dashboards
• Two years of experience leading teams of data scientists
