About the Role

This role is a Security Assurance Product Manager within Microsoft's Specialized Clouds organization, focusing on strategic security initiatives for AI scale projects. The candidate will define security assurance program vision, analyze systemic security issues, and drive alignment across security research, engineering, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define vision and long-term strategy for security assurance programs
• Analyze systemic security issues, prioritize risks, and influence engineering efforts
• Drive alignment across security research, engineering, compliance, and product teams
• Design scalable frameworks and tools for SDL compliance and vulnerability reduction
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging threats to improve security measures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent education
• 4+ years of experience in leading the security vision of technology products
• Background in Security and Cloud and understanding of current AI concepts and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with the Microsoft security and AI stacks
• Experience with security regulations
• Experience with defining and tracking OKRs and KPIs to measure program performance
