About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract role for a Senior Data Associate fluent in German, working on AI/ML data workflows. Responsibilities include labeling text, speech, image, and video data, ensuring high-quality outputs, and supporting operational deliverables. The role involves working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI to improve Alexa's performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with text, speech, image, and video data to deliver high-quality labeled data
• Act as subject matter expert for ML data workflows including annotation and response ranking
• Support daily operational deliverables like AHT, quality, and TAT for multiple task types
• Contribute to root cause analysis and identify solutions to improve labeling quality
• Identify process and operational issues in SOPs and tools to unblock operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in German language
• Written and spoken English at CEFR C1+ level
• Strong business writing skills and advanced reading comprehension

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience with task execution and leveraging open-source resources
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances
