About the Role

The Partner Cloud Solution Architect - AI Workforce guides partners in developing and implementing AI-driven cloud solutions, focusing on Microsoft technologies like Copilot. They lead technical workshops, design scalable architectures, and enable partner teams to drive digital transformation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide solution development and activation for partner offerings aligned with Microsoft Cloud priorities
• Run technical innovation workshops and envisioning sessions to build partner technical intensity
• Provide architectural guidance and resolve technical blockers to activate transformational deals
• Lead architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and MVP builds following best practices
• Build long-term engagements with strategic partners and influence adoption of Microsoft technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, software development, or architecture
• Proven experience in cloud architecture, solution design, and partner enablement in large-scale engagements
• Strong background in Microsoft cloud offerings (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365)
• Solid experience working in a customer-facing role

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security)
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience with M365 tenant management, security best practices, adoption change management (Prosci), Copilot extensions, or Windows virtualization (W365 & AVD)
