About the Role

Product Manager role focused on defining and driving the AI roadmap for productivity tools within International Seller Services. The candidate will build GenAI-powered agentic systems to enhance decision-making and collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include product strategy, roadmap ownership, and partnering with tech and science teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the Agentic AI roadmap for ISS
• Drive product strategy for next-generation AI-powered tools
• Build reusable AI capabilities and frameworks
• Partner with Tech, Science, and business leaders to identify use cases
• Develop clear success metrics for insight quality and decision velocity

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Master's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery

Nice to Have:

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
