Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of multi-tenant enterprise Storage and Analytics platform
• Build solutions and automate issue detection for customer self-resolution
• Identify trends to drive engineering fixes and product improvements
• File impactful bugs and design changes to prevent customer impact
• Communicate issues clearly and build relationships to impact business results

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check

Nice to Have:

• 2+ years experience with transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, Llama)
• 2+ years experience in coding and design for AI models in production services
• 2+ years experience shipping applied research to production with AI model development expertise
