About the Role

Lead product development for foundational models enabling generative AI applications at Amazon. Drive roadmap, define requirements, and coordinate across teams to deliver AI capabilities for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product roadmap for Amazon's Foundation Models
• Define product requirements and go-to-market strategy
• Coordinate across internal and external teams
• Analyze metrics and customer inputs to measure business impact
• Work with engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to prioritize features

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
