About the Role

Principal Product Manager Tech role shaping the future of entertainment for Prime Video Personalization & Discovery. Owns product strategy, vision, and roadmap to deliver superior customer experiences globally. Works cross-functionally with engineering, science, design, and other teams to optimize personalization and discovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Prime Video Personalization & Discovery
• Lead end-to-end product delivery and feature tradeoffs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, science, design, and business teams
• Drive engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
• Optimize customer experience for personalization and discovery features

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• 6+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy
• Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have:

• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
• Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
• Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
• Experience developing consumer-impacting applications of machine learning or artificial intelligence
