About the Role

Lead development of brand measurement solutions for Amazon Ads, focusing on data-driven reporting and insights. Collaborate with engineering and data science to build scalable products that help advertisers optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define strategy and roadmap for technical solutions in brand measurement
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to build reporting products
  • Work backward from customer needs to identify and address requirements
  • Partner with engineering to build scalable event-driven architectures processing billions of daily events
  • Drive adoption through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy
  • Experience in technical product management

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
