About the Role

Principal Software Engineer responsible for evolving the AI-first mobile authoring platform for Power Apps. Leads technical strategy, architecture, and development of high-quality, scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android. Mentors engineers and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy and architecture for AI-first mobile authoring platform
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to advance platform features
• Lead development of high-quality, scalable, and secure mobile applications
• Mentor and lead engineers to architect and deliver mobile experiences
• Optimize mobile application performance and user experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in API Design, Data structures, design patterns and asynchronous programming
• 5+ years experience driving and managing technical and architectural dependencies
• Proven experience in mobile development for iOS, Android and React Native platforms

Nice to Have:

• 12+ years of experience in software development with object oriented programming languages (C++, C# or Java) with a focus on mobile applications
• 8+ years mobile engineering experience in Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Objective-C/Swift)
• Experience with React Native, Flutter, React, TypeScript and other front-end technologies
