About the Role

Lead a team building AI-powered CRM solutions for Microsoft Advertising. Define scalable architecture and integrate AI/ML for insights and workflows. Manage execution and collaborate with leaders to shape product vision.

• Define architecture for scalable, secure CRM systems and AI integration
• Lead AI Innovation into the CRM system
• Oversee the integration with AI-powered insights and alerts
• Manage execution, prioritize resources, and align with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer data models
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise integration patterns
