About the Role

The Principal Solution Architect translates client business requirements into complex technology solutions and architectures, focusing on Service Transformation and Agentic AI. This role drives solution architecture for Microsoft Cloud platforms including Copilot, Dynamics, and enterprise AI systems while ensuring alignment with business outcomes. Responsibilities include technical leadership, delivery oversight, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for Agentic AI systems and Copilot integrations across enterprise workflows
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate objectives into technical capabilities and create value realization frameworks
• Guide engineering teams on configuration, prompt engineering, API integration, and lifecycle management
• Engage stakeholders to refine requirements, resolve ambiguity, and validate implementation through test plans
• Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers across high-impact customers and partners to influence strategic direction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain OR Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years managing multiple, complex projects or portfolios
• 2+ years experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree AND 12+ years experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience OR equivalent experience
• 8+ years technical sales experience
• 8+ years project management experience
• 5+ years people management experience
• Technical or Professional Certification in Domain (e.g., CRM, ERP or AI)
