About the Role

Lead the development and delivery of core capabilities in Foundational Models for Generative AI applications. Drive end-to-end program execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage large-scale technical programs to deliver cutting-edge AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution for critical Foundational Model initiatives
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps with product, engineering, and science teams
• Manage complex dependencies across multiple organizational boundaries
• Create and track program KPIs and provide status updates to senior leadership
• Drive operational excellence through metrics and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Nice to Have:

• 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
