About the Role

Program Manager II role driving strategic initiatives to optimize Amazon's transportation network and warehouse capacity. Leads cross-functional efforts using data-driven decision making and innovative solutions to enhance logistics operations. Manages 3PL relationships and builds scalable tools leveraging AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for haul production planning initiatives
• Develop transportation capacity models to forecast network needs
• Design and implement warehouse capacity planning strategies
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers to optimize external resources
• Build and implement scalable tools and processes for business growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical field

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels
