About the Role

This role involves developing and scaling sustainable e-commerce packaging standards and solutions at Amazon. The Program Manager will drive innovation, reduce waste and damages, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and achieve cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the packaging ML/AI roadmap for the ROW
• Serve as technical expert on packing productivity, box suite optimization, and packaging material specifications
• Collaborate with worldwide teams to identify and implement best practices for packaging performance
• Coordinate and communicate packaging improvements and progress updates to key stakeholders
• Own program strategy and end-to-end delivery while communicating results to senior leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or related field
• Knowledge and experience manufacturing various packaging materials, including design and production of prototypes
• Consumer packaged goods or e-commerce experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
