• Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis and strategy development
• Manage and improve Child Safety operations against quality targets
• Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior
• Lead investigations of escalated abusive content or threats
• Develop scalable policies and processes for community safety

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• 2 years experience in operations process execution and workflow tracking
• 2 years experience with project management methodologies for data processing
• 2 years experience with technical documentation and requirement communication
• 2 years experience with policy-based review of digital content
• 2 years experience with SQL, SAS, and data visualization tools
• 2 years experience programming in Python or R
