About the Role

Keeper Security is hiring a QA Analyst to join their Browser Extension team, focusing on testing browser extensions across multiple platforms. The role involves ensuring functionality, usability, and security while collaborating with developers and product managers. This is a remote position with hybrid options available in specific metro areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated testing on browser extensions across supported browsers
• Create, manage, and execute test cases based on product requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with clear actionable steps
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing for consistent behavior
• Continuously improve QA processes and enhance testing efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience with manual testing of browser extensions or web applications
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser APIs
• Strong understanding of browser environments and compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or Green Card holder) due to GovCloud involvement

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with browser extension development or automation frameworks (Selenium, Puppeteer)
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of security protocols related to password management and encryption
