About the Role

The QA Analyst role focuses on executing comprehensive testing across multiple Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring quality delivery through detailed test execution and defect tracking. This individual contributor position requires 3-5 years of QA experience with at least 2 years specifically in Salesforce testing, working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive end-to-end testing for 2-3 concurrent Salesforce projects
• Create and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts from business requirements
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing across multiple Salesforce clouds
• Track, document, and manage defects using Jira or similar tools
• Collaborate directly with developers to ensure quick issue resolution and quality gates are met

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3-5 years of quality assurance experience with at least 2 years specifically in Salesforce testing
• Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, test case design, and execution
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based delivery

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation tools like Selenium, UiPath, Provar, or Copado Testing
• Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
• SQL proficiency for complex data validation and test data management
