About the Role

SalesCloser.ai is seeking a QA Specialist to join their team full-time in a fully remote position. The role involves developing test processes, analyzing results, and ensuring release quality in collaboration with the Product Development Department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about software testing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and improve test processes to maximize efficiency of release test cycles
• Identify, record and document bugs and perform thorough regression testing
• Work with Development Team to collect software requirements and update test cases

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Application (Hardware & Software) support and troubleshooting
• Extensive knowledge of software testing and quality processes, methods and standards
• Solid understanding of common browsers and Windows operating system
• Experience with manual/exploratory testing and agile software QA

Nice to Have:

• Experience with common developer tools and HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Ruby on Rails
• Degree or diploma that contributes to the organization
• Knowledge of a second language (in addition to English fluency)
