About the Role
This role is an ICQA Area Manager position at Amazon's Fulfillment Center in Helmstedt, focusing on inventory control, quality assurance, and problem-solving operations. The manager leads a team, ensures safety compliance, monitors KPIs, and drives process improvements to maintain inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction. It involves shift work, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced logistics environment.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of employees in inventory control, quality assurance, and problem-solving
- Support safety programs and compliance to ensure a secure working environment
- Coordinate inventory control and quality assurance operations according to network strategies and ensure SOX compliance
- Conduct shift planning, forecasting, work assignment, and leadership
- Monitor KPIs and perform quality analyses on behaviors/processes affecting inventory integrity and customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Proven experience in structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in Operations Management
- Experience in team leadership
- Relevant experience in conducting data analysis and understanding datasets and tools
- Excellent German and English language skills in speaking and writing
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel

- Documented experience in successful cross-functional collaboration and ability to enforce data-based decisions at various leadership levels
