About the Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Strac involves prospecting, cold outreach, and scheduling meetings to drive B2B sales of data security solutions. You'll work closely with the CEO and founding team to define processes, build sequences, and shape go-to-market strategy. The position requires a minimum of 3 years experience selling B2B deals with ACV over $10k.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use automations (Apollo, G2, LinkedIn) to send cold emails and manage campaigns
  • Prospect and build target account lists using multiple tools
  • Schedule calls with customers and own meeting quotas per week/day
  • Write scripts for sales calls and follow-up communications
  • Help grow sales organization and shape go-to-market strategy as company scales

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience selling B2B deals with ACV of minimum $10k
  • Ability to use latest sales tech tools for personalized outreach at scale
  • Great communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling devtools or API products
  • Deep curiosity for security and compliance domain
  • Ability to distill customer problems and shape product development
  • Focus on finding customers that love the product and won't churn
