Senior Applied Scientist role in Amazon's Intelligent Talent Acquisition team, focusing on AI-driven solutions for hiring processes. Key Responsibilities

• Own design and development of end-to-end systems
• Write technical white papers and create technical roadmaps
• Drive production-level projects supporting Amazon Science
• Design new algorithms, models, or technical solutions
• Work with diverse groups and cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
• Experience in applied research
• PhD, or a Master's degree and experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application

Nice to Have:

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy
• Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark
