About the Role

Senior Business Analyst responsible for converting data into actionable business insights through advanced analytics, automated data pipelines, and intuitive visualizations. The role involves developing data visualizations and automation solutions to drive business decision making and process improvement with high visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide data management processes including accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, and designing reports with visualization
• Retrieve and analyze large sets of data using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems
• Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage business and make effective decisions
• Build and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes
• Monitor existent metrics, build new metrics, and identify process and system improvement opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience as business analyst, data analyst, or similar role

Nice to Have:

• MBA
• Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
• Fluency in a modeling language such as Python or R
