Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify product value drop-off and develop scalable prevention solutions
• Build AI-LLM models to predict and identify opportunities to maximize product potential
• Design and develop dashboards and metrics using Tableau, Excel and SQL
• Execute analytical projects using statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Collaborate with ML Scientists and Engineers to build and optimize offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience
• 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI
• Experience defining requirements and using data/metrics to draw business insights
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• Experience with Excel
