About the Role

Senior Customer Experience Engineer focused on AI, providing engineering-led support for strategic Azure customers. Drives resolution of critical technical issues, acts as voice of customer to product teams, and enhances customer experience through proactive guidance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and mitigate customer incidents, reducing time to resolve critical issues
  • Serve as connecting point between product teams and customers throughout engagement lifecycle
  • Conduct root cause analysis and translate findings into improvement opportunities
  • Act as voice of customer, synthesizing feedback for product groups and driving resolutions
  • Partner with teams to deliver solutions and improve customer health

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics/Science, AI, or related field AND relevant experience OR equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level, mission-critical applications and infrastructure
  • Experience with on-call and driving mitigation for mission critical incidents
  • Relevant experience with AI

Nice to Have:

  • Technical skills in Core IaaS (Compute, Storage, Networking, Kubernetes, High Availability)
  • Technical skills in Data Platform and Bigdata (Azure SQL DB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory, AI/ML)
  • Technical skills in Azure PaaS Services (App Services, Azure Functions, Redis Cache, Event Hub)
  • Technical skills in Monitoring technologies (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, Datadog, Confluent)
  • Strong communication skills and customer obsession
  • Growth mindset to learn new skills in fast-paced environment
