Senior Data Analyst, Onboarding

<h3>📋 Description</h3> • Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, unlocking global opportunity for every person and business • Deel supports workers in 150+ countries—helping businesses scale smarter, faster, and more compliantly • Deel is a fast-growing tech company with global teams and diverse culture • The Senior Data Analyst for Onboarding will shape onboarding analytics from the ground up, delivering insights and metrics to improve onboarding experiences at scale • Responsibilities include building a robust reporting framework for Onboarding, partnering with product and data teams, identifying bottlenecks, and delivering insights to stakeholders • You'll develop, maintain, and optimize reporting tools in Looker and collaborate with data engineers to model onboarding data <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Math, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, with at least some exposure to operational or product-facing analytics • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives for a range of stakeholders • Experience with BI tools (we use Looker) and dashboard development • Familiarity with data modeling, metric design, and scalable reporting architectures • Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping define success metrics where none yet exist • Experience with dbt, LookML, and version control tools (Git, GitHub, etc.) • Prior experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments • Familiarity with customer journey analytics and lifecycle tracking <h3>🏖️ Benefits</h3> • Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location • Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country • The flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access
