About the Role

The Senior Data Associate role involves labeling and evaluating multimodal data (text, speech, audio, image, video) to support AI development. Responsibilities include ensuring data quality, analyzing errors, and maintaining confidentiality. The position focuses on foundational labeling tasks for generative AI and large language models.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow privacy policies
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using guidelines and in-house tools
• Analyze root causes and propose solutions to improve labeling quality
• Identify and suggest changes to operational issues in processes and tools
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• C1+ or equivalent fluency in English language
• Strong business writing skills for reports and correspondence
• Advanced reading comprehension and analytical thinking

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of professional work experience with task execution
• 2-3 years project coordination or management experience
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments
