About the Role

This role involves labeling and evaluating multimodal data (text, speech, audio, image, video) to support the development of large language models and generative AI. The Senior Data Associate ensures high-quality data annotation, maintains confidentiality, analyzes root causes of errors, and supports operational improvements while working with Dutch language data.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality labeled data using guidelines and in-house tools to meet KPIs
• Work with multimodal data including text, speech, audio, image, and video
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality
• Identify process and operational issues in SOPs and tools to unblock operations
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing information

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch language
• Written and spoken English at CEFR C1+ level
• Strong business writing skills with ability to create reports, proposals, and professional correspondence

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience with demonstrated task execution ability
• Proven project coordination or management experience
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments
