About the Role

This role involves labeling and evaluating diverse data types (text, speech, image, video) to improve AI/ML models, particularly for Alexa. Responsibilities include maintaining data quality, following guidelines, and supporting operational metrics. The position requires German fluency and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow privacy policies
• Work with text, speech, image, and video data to deliver high-quality labeled data
• Act as subject matter expert for ML data workflows and create/rank responses
• Perform root cause analysis to improve labeling quality and identify process issues
• Support daily operational deliverables like AHT, quality, and TAT

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in German
• Written and spoken English at CEFR B2+ level
• Strong business writing, analytical thinking, and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience with task execution and adapting to fast-paced environments
• Project coordination or management experience and stakeholder relationship management
