About the Role

This role involves labeling and evaluating diverse data types (text, speech, image, video) to improve AI/ML models, particularly for Alexa. The Senior Data Associate ensures high-quality data annotation, follows guidelines, and contributes to process improvements. Fluency in German and strong analytical skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle various data types (text, speech, image, video)
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using guidelines and in-house tools to meet KPIs
• Act as subject matter expert for ML data workflows, including creating and ranking responses
• Perform root cause analysis to identify error patterns and improve labeling quality
• Support daily operations by addressing process issues and providing floor support for queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in German language
• Written and spoken English at CEFR B2+ level
• Strong business writing skills for reports, proposals, and correspondence

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience with task execution and leveraging open-source resources
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances
