About the Role

Senior Data Scientist role focused on developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance customer service experiences. The position involves leveraging Data Science, GenAI, Agentic AI, ML, and NLP to transform business requirements into innovative technology solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI solutions and drive customer experience improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to identify data science use cases and prioritize projects
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems including conversational assistant functionalities
  • Implement novel algorithms and modeling solutions in collaboration with scientists and engineers
  • Analyze data and define metrics to identify actionable insights and measure CX improvements
  • Communicate results and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of data querying languages (SQL), scripting languages (Python) or statistical software experience
  • 4+ years of data scientist experience
  • Experience with statistical models (e.g., multinomial logistic regression)
  • Master's degree

Nice to Have:

  • 2+ years of data visualization using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny, etc. experience
  • Experience managing data pipelines
  • Experience as a leader and mentor on a data science team
