About the Role

Senior Data Scientist role focused on developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance customer service experiences globally. The position involves leveraging Data Science, GenAI, Agentic AI, ML, and NLP to transform business requirements into innovative technology solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI solutions and drive data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to identify data science use cases and prioritize projects
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems including conversational assistant functionalities
• Implement novel algorithms and modeling solutions in collaboration with scientists and engineers
• Analyze data and define metrics to identify actionable insights for customer experience improvements
• Communicate results and insights to technical and non-technical audiences through reports and presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience with data querying languages (SQL), scripting languages (Python) or statistical software (R, SAS, Matlab)
• 4+ years of data scientist experience
• Experience with statistical models (e.g., multinomial logistic regression)
• Master's degree

Nice to Have:

• 2+ years of data visualization experience using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny
• Experience managing data pipelines
• Experience as a leader and mentor on a data science team
