Senior Data Scientist role at Microsoft's Industry Solutions Engineering team, building and deploying AI systems at scale for Retail & Consumer Goods customers. Responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets, designing experiments, developing production-ready ML pipelines, and implementing MLOps practices at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads data-science projects or teams to align with business needs and deliver value
• Develops and applies ML frameworks and best practices for scalable and ethical solutions
• Writes and debugs code for complex projects and leads solution development
• Provides customer-oriented insights and solutions by understanding business, product, data, and customer perspective
• Oversees review of data analysis and modelling techniques and decides on next steps

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Doctorate OR Master's Degree OR Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field
• Data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)
• Enjoy travel and are comfortable with travel up to 25%
