• Design, build, and maintain scalable Databricks workflows for healthcare claims processing
• Develop and optimize PySpark and SQL pipelines for performance and reliability
• Implement data quality monitoring and validation frameworks
• Collaborate with product team to size and scope new analytic projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably within healthcare
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for complex data processing
• Experience with Databricks, Spark SQL, and PySpark
• Strong knowledge of medical claims data and coding systems (ICD10, CPT, HCPCS)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with software development tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
