About the Role
Senior Firmware Engineer role focused on developing embedded firmware for intelligent consumer devices. Responsibilities include optimizing low-power performance, integrating sensors and connectivity, and enabling real-time AI on resource-constrained hardware. Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to bring innovative ideas from prototype to product.Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize wake word recognition for on-device AI
- Develop firmware support for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity modules
- Handle real-time processing of audio and visual data on embedded hardware
- Respond to incidents by troubleshooting and deploying fixes
- Improve system development and operations through design reviews and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience (or equivalent)
- Strong experience developing embedded firmware on SoCs from Realtek, BES, Qualcomm, or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of low-power and real-time constraints
- Proven experience in firmware development for wearable devices such as smart glasses or TWS earbuds
