About the Role

Senior Growth Data Scientist role focused on marketing analytics and growth strategy at Fullscript. You'll analyze top-of-funnel marketing performance, model CAC/LTV metrics, and guide investment decisions through data insights. This strategic role requires turning complex marketing data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze top-of-funnel marketing performance across digital channels
• Build frameworks connecting marketing spend to acquisition, activation, and retention
• Model Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) metrics
• Develop experiments, hypothesis tests, and attribution models
• Present findings to senior stakeholders with clear strategic recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data science with measurable business impact
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Experience working with Snowflake, DataBricks, BigQuery, or comparable data warehouse
• Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics

Nice to Have:

• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech-driven growth environments
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other BI tools
• Background in predictive modeling, sentiment analysis, or Bayesian methods
