About the Role

Senior Incident Coordinator role at Microsoft's Detection and Response Team (DART), leading high-impact cybersecurity incident responses globally. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for critical cybersecurity incidents
• Direct escalation handling and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for large-scale incidents
• Analyze incident trends and drive operational improvements
• Implement and maintain incident management frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 4+ years professional experience in project management, operations, cybersecurity or related fields
• 2+ years experience guiding stakeholders across multiple levels including executives
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours as required by incident response
• Ability to meet Microsoft/customer security screening requirements including background checks

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Recognized subject matter expertise in incident management and response
• Experience developing strategic initiatives in global/matrixed environments
• Proven ability to mentor, coach and develop team members
