Senior Machine Learning Engineer role focused on designing and implementing AI solutions for gaming experiences and internal productivity. The position involves architecting ML systems, fine-tuning foundation models, and driving GenAI adoption across teams. This role requires deep expertise in AI/ML with a focus on gaming applications and responsible AI deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive platform architecture decisions and technical design reviews
• Partner with game developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Design and implement trust and safety frameworks for responsible AI
• Lead internal GenAI adoption through workshops and evangelization
• Deliver end-to-end technical solutions from proof-of-concept to production

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years professional software development experience
• 5+ years programming experience with at least one language
• 5+ years leading design or architecture of systems
• Experience working with large language models and foundation model customization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have:

• 5+ years full software development life cycle experience
• Background in gaming with passion for player engagement
• Master's degree in machine learning or related field
